Paper Armies

email comments..

I started wargaming years ago with battalions of cardboard rectangles and although I prefer painted white metal, I have recently been experimenting with recreating those card armies. Below are links to Jpegs which should work if printed out at A4 size.

DBA 2.0 armies, I intend to try and produce armies in groups to fit the campaigns in the DBA rules. The first group is..

Trajan's Wars..

 II/47 (g) Early German  II/52 Dacian  II/54 Early Imperial Roman
 II/60 Caledones  II/26 Sarmatian  II/37 Parthian

The following are earlier postings which I shall re-visit when I'm able ( I did actually spend an evening doing a Spartan army and lost it in a crash!);

Later Hoplite DBA (v1.0 32)

Alexandrian Macedonian DBA (v1.0 36)

Will Johnson has created a number of DBA armies based upon my artwork, along with loads of other wargaming stuff.

Have a look at his site; Will's Games

ACW

Due to popular demand (!) I have had a go at creating a couple of ACW armies. These should be suitable for 'Fire and Fury' and possibly some other sets. the Rebs have some blank flags to detail your own state / regiment flags (I don't know - I am not an ACW player). As above, these are jpegs which should work if printed out at A4.

 Union Infantry Union Cavalry, Artillery and Commanders Union markers
Confederate Infantry Confederate Cavalry, Artillery and Commanders Confederate markers

GREEN STUFF

Here's a bit of greenery which can hopefully be printed out and cut to shape for woods, rough etc. Click on the thumbnails for the jpegs

I had my scanner out so I thought I'd try and scan in some other scenery bits..
